"I can truly say that I was given the opportunity to work from the ground up."

Getting to know Hogan Lovells
I joined Hogan & Hartson, now Hogan Lovells, more than 20 years ago. I started in the firm’s Central Records Department and am now the Office Services Manager. I can truly say that I was given the opportunity to work from the ground up.
The atmosphere here is pleasurable yet busy. Everyone is rushing to get somewhere, you know everybody, and great things are transpiring between employees, lawyers, and clients alike.
I am responsible for the upkeep of key areas in the office that clients visit. How we present the firm is important and I take pride in making sure that our clients are impressed with our establishment.
When visiting the cafeteria in our office, you will see lawyers, support staff, and even clients and visitors, sitting, eating, and having an enjoyable time. I’ve met some of my dearest friends here. It’s an honor to work with such friendly and talented people, and I’m proud to be part of such a great place of business.
Vicki has worked in our Washington, D.C. office for over two decades, starting first in our Central Records Department and working up to her current position as our Office Services Manager.
