“I’ve had a lot of opportunities for growth and learned a lot during my time with the firm.”
- JaJa Jackson, Interim Head of Global Finance Systems, Washington, D.C.
Getting to know Hogan Lovells
During a summer break from school I worked at Hogan Lovells and the real world experience I got that summer was very rewarding. I enjoyed my time at the firm so much that I requested to return during subsequent winter and summer breaks. Soon after, I joined the firm full time as a billing assistant.
Hogan Lovells offers an abundance of training and development classes that are open to everyone in the firm. Taking advantage of these classes and showing the initiative to take on more challenging tasks and projects has helped me to grow within the firm. It hasn’t been easy by any means, but it has been enjoyable. There opportunities are there, you just have to take advantage of them.
I have worked in numerous departments with Hogan Lovells, from the library to accounting to human resources. I’ve had a lot of opportunities for growth and learned a lot during my time with the firm.
JaJa Jackson’s career with Hogan Lovells began in 1997 when he spent a summer break from school working as a library intern with the firm. After returning to work in various firm departments during subsequent summer and winter breaks, JaJa joined the firm full time as a billing assistant and has worked his way up to Financial Systems Manager.
