Our work

Business services staff are engaged in a variety of work supporting the firm's 2,500 lawyers worldwide. Business services functions include — but are not limited to — accounting, information technology, human resources, people development, marketing and business development, risk and compliance, litigation support, office services, and word processing.

Community outreach

Our people come together to support projects driven by their own skills and interests. We work in communities around the world, teaming up with nonprofits and local leaders to make sure our contributions have a real, lasting impact.

We've cooked meals for people who are critically ill in Los Angeles, supported victims of sexual abuse in Johannesburg, knitted caps for cancer patients in Miami, and taught debating skills to students in Hong Kong, London, and Germany.

Office-specific benefits

The Louisville-based global business services center offers our people an excellent work setting, competitive salary and benefits, and a highly professional and collegial environment. We are building a world-class facility in the heart of Kentucky. And we are looking for people who are motivated and committed to the same high levels of performance.

We offer comprehensive training for new members of the team — including travel to Washington, D.C. for some roles.
